Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing through energy and thus restoring the balance of the energy flow in the body. Promotes harmony and balance/creates deep relaxation and helps the body release stress/Dissolves energy blocks in the body/Aids sleep/helps relieve pain and triggers the body to heal itself.
Angel Card Reading Duration: 1 hour

Allow the Angels to give you guidance and healing through the cards. Questions can be asked on specific subjects or a general reading can also be given. Guidance from the Angels will always come from a place of pure love.

Indian Head Therapy is a relaxing treat where you are seated in a massage chair, and receive a light massage to the upper back, neck and scalp and finish off lying on a plinth and receive a light massage to the face. Has shown to be beneficial for sinusitis, muscle tension in the upper back and neck and general stress relief.
